2. Try Before You Buy

To ensure our service works perfectly on your device (Firestick, Smart TV, or Android Box), we strongly recommend utilizing our Free Trial  before purchasing a long-term subscription. This trial allows you to test our channel lineup, EPG, and stream stability without any financial commitment.

 

3. When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

We process full refunds in the following specific scenarios:

  • Unresolvable Technical Faults: If you experience persistent buffering or freezing that our technical support team cannot resolve within 48 hours.

  • Service Non-Delivery: If you paid for a plan but did not receive your login details via email within 12 hours of the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds may NOT be issued in the following cases:

7. Cancellation of Recurring Plans
